How long will it take for me to receive my order?

*** COVID 19 MAY DELAY ORDERS***
Most packages shipping within the United States will take 1-5 business days to reach the shipping address once the order leaves our facility. If there is an issue with your order, or if an item from your order is currently out of stock or on back-order, delays in processing may occur. Custom Embroidery or PreOrders have an approx. 2 week turn around.

What is your exchange policy?
Nothing But Country® will gladly exchange or accept returned items. A copy of the original order invoice, as well as a completed online return form MUST accompany all returned merchandise. Refunds are permitted only when a copy of the original invoice accompanies merchandise and the merchandise is unworn, undamaged, and received within 30 days of the original purchase date. The customer will be responsible for all shipping return charges after the initial purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
