How long will it take for me to receive my order?

*** COVID 19 MAY DELAY ORDERS***
Most packages shipping within the United States will take 1-5 business days to reach the shipping address once the order leaves our facility. If there is an issue with your order, or if an item from your order is currently out of stock or on back-order, delays in processing may occur. Custom Embroidery or PreOrders have an approx. 2 week turn around.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Nothing But Country will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery (per postal service tracking delivery status). Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. 

Returns are eligiable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. 

The customer will be responsible for all shipping return charges after the initial purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
